Short summary (English)

Section for food plant design of the Faculty of food technology and biotechnology provides services of consulting and design for the needs of food processing industry from the conceptual design, through preparation of project documents (preliminary and final technological projects) to the plant commissioning. The project documents, tailored according to the investors’ needs and demands, can be used to obtain construction and operating permits or financial means from various financial institutions and funding programs. Our background and main expertise covers especially the projects in the areas of oils and fats technology as well as meat and meat products technology, while for the realization of other projects, leading experts in specific food processing technologies are engaged to make the highly specialized expanded teams covering all sectors of food industry. Consultancy and project documents preparation include the following: • analyses of raw material, final products and by-products as well as waste products • recommendation of optimal technological processes and associated processing lines and equipment • selection of production capacities, location, energy sources, manpower etc. • design of processing lines and plant layouts for all production, auxiliary and storage areas as well as site layout plans Our designs of food processing plants are done meeting all valid legislative requirements and satisfying high hygienic and food safety criteria together with cost efficient production. Furthermore, all drawings within the projects are done in AutoCAD software and can be used as basis for architectural and civil engineering projects.

Kabinet za tehnološko projektiranje Prehrambeno-biotehnološkog fakulteta pruža usluge savjetovanja i projektiranja za potrebe prehrambene industrije od idejnih rješenja i studija, preko pripreme projektne dokumentacije (idejnih i glavnih tehnoloških projekata) do puštanja u pogon. Projektna dokumentacija, izrađena u skladu s potrebama i zahtjevima investitora, može se koristiti za ishođenje dozvola za gradnju i rad postrojenja te u sklopu ishođenja financijskih sredstava od strane financijskih ustanova ili programa. Naše radno iskustvo i stručnost posebno se odnose na projekte iz područja tehnologije ulja i masti, kao i tehnologije mesa i mesnih proizvoda, dok se u izvođenje ostalih projekata uključuju vodeći stručnjaci iz pojedinih prehrambenih tehnologija s kojima na taj činimo visoko specijalizirane proširene timove koji pokrivaju sve grane prehrambene industrije. Usluge savjetovanja i pripreme projektne dokumentacije uključuju sljedeće: • analizu sirovina, gotovog proizvoda, nusproizvoda i otpada • preporuke optimalnog tehnološkog procesa i, s njim u vezi, proizvodnih linija i opreme • odabir proizvodnih kapaciteta, lokacije, energenata, radne snage i sl. • projektiranje rasporeda proizvodnih linija i opreme, rasporeda i veličine proizvodnih, pratećih i skladišnih prostora kao i izradu situacijskih planova Naši projekti postrojenja prehrambene industrije izrađeni su u skladu s važećim zakonskim propisima, zadovoljavajući visoke kriterije higijene i sigurnosti hrane kao i učinkovitost troškova.
