The University of Zagreb is pleased to welcome the CDIO community to Zagreb for the 2027 European, UK & Ireland Regional Meeting. Meeting will be held on 18 and 19 January 2027. <\/strong>Under the theme Engineering Education for Innovation, the programme will explore the connections between engineering education, technology transfer, industrial collaboration and entrepreneurship. Getting to University of Zagreb by public transport<\/strong><\/p>

From Ban Jela\u010di\u0107 Square, take tram 6 in the direction of Sopot\/Savski Gaj and leave at Zagreb Central Railway Station (Glavni kolodvor). From the bus platforms on the southern side of the station, take ZET bus 234 towards Kajzerica\/Lani\u0161te. Bus 243 towards Kajzerica may also be suitable, depending on its timetable. Leave the bus in the Kajzerica area near Radoslava Cimermana Street and walk a few minutes to the SEECEL Building at number 88.<\/p>

If travelling from one of the recommended hotels or another part of the city, first make your way to Zagreb Central Railway Station and continue by bus 234. Depending on your starting point, buses 109 and 222 may also provide convenient access to the wider Kajzerica area, followed by a short walk.<\/p>

From Ban Jela\u010di\u0107 Square, take tram 12 in the direction of Ljubljanica and leave at Tre\u0161njeva\u010dki trg. From the tram stop, turn into Krapinska Street and follow it north to Ericsson Nikola Tesla at Krapinska 45. The walk takes approximately 5\u201310 minutes.<\/p>

If travelling from another part of Zagreb, take a tram along Savska cesta to Tre\u0161njeva\u010dki trg. Depending on your starting point, the nearby Ba\u0161tijanova or Nehajska bus stops may also be convenient. Bus lines serving the wider area include 107, 109, 118 and 155, although the best connection will depend on your point of departure.<\/p>

Zagreb Franjo Tu\u0111man Airport (ZAG) is the city\u2019s international airport. The airport is approximately 15 kilometres from central Zagreb.
