University of Zagreb • SEECEL Building
Ulica Radoslava Cimermana 88, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
The SEECEL Building is in Kajzerica, in the southern part of Zagreb, close to the Zagreb Fair and the Sava River. Please enter through the main reception area and follow the event signs to the meeting room
Getting to University of Zagreb by public transport
From Ban Jelačić Square, take tram 6 in the direction of Sopot/Savski Gaj and leave at Zagreb Central Railway Station (Glavni kolodvor). From the bus platforms on the southern side of the station, take ZET bus 234 towards Kajzerica/Lanište. Bus 243 towards Kajzerica may also be suitable, depending on its timetable. Leave the bus in the Kajzerica area near Radoslava Cimermana Street and walk a few minutes to the SEECEL Building at number 88.
If travelling from one of the recommended hotels or another part of the city, first make your way to Zagreb Central Railway Station and continue by bus 234. Depending on your starting point, buses 109 and 222 may also provide convenient access to the wider Kajzerica area, followed by a short walk.
Allow approximately 30–40 minutes from Ban Jelačić Square, including the transfer and walking time. Allow extra time during the morning peak and check the ZET or Google Maps journey planner shortly before departure, as routes and timetables may change.

Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d.
Krapinska 45, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.

Getting to Ericsson Nikola Tesla by public transport
From Ban Jelačić Square, take tram 12 in the direction of Ljubljanica and leave at Trešnjevački trg. From the tram stop, turn into Krapinska Street and follow it north to Ericsson Nikola Tesla at Krapinska 45. The walk takes approximately 5–10 minutes.
If travelling from another part of Zagreb, take a tram along Savska cesta to Trešnjevački trg. Depending on your starting point, the nearby Baštijanova or Nehajska bus stops may also be convenient. Bus lines serving the wider area include 107, 109, 118 and 155, although the best connection will depend on your point of departure.
Allow approximately 20–25 minutes from Ban Jelačić Square, depending on traffic and waiting time. Check the ZET or Google Maps journey planner before leaving, particularly if roadworks or temporary diversions are in place.
Zagreb Franjo Tuđman Airport (ZAG) is the city’s international airport. The airport is approximately 15 kilometres from central Zagreb.
Airport shuttle: Pleso Prijevoz operates a regular shuttle between the airport and Zagreb Central Bus Station (Autobusni kolodvor). From the bus station, continue to your hotel by tram, taxi or a short app-based ride. Check the current timetable and fare before travelling.
Public bus: ZET bus 290 connects the airport with Kvaternikov trg in Zagreb and Velika Gorica. It is the lower-cost option, but may be less convenient with luggage or if your hotel is in the western part of the centre.

Zagreb, the capital of Croatia combines a walkable historic centre with the energy of a contemporary university and business city. Its character is shaped by the medieval Upper Town, the parks and architecture of the Lower Town, a strong café culture and a compact centre that is easy to explore between meetings.
If you have two hours
Begin at Ban Jelačić Square, walk through Dolac Market and continue uphill towards Kaptol and the Upper Town. From there, explore St Mark’s Square, the Stone Gate and the city viewpoints before returning to the Lower Town through the pedestrian streets around Cvjetni trg.
If you have an evening
Start with a walk through Zrinjevac and the Lower Town, then continue towards the main square and Tkalčićeva Street for dinner or a drink. Zagreb’s centre is compact, so many restaurants, cafés and cultural venues are within walking distance of both recommended hotels.
